Chris Small
Chris Small comes to the AALD with a career focused in Event and Production Management, with a focus on live performance.
He graduated from Ryerson University with a BFA in Theatre Production. From there, he served as Venue Coordinator for several wedding halls , and Production Manager for multiple annual festivals.
Since living in Australia, Chris has worked in numerous 5-Star Hotels in Melbourne’s CBD as a point of contact for the in-house AV and styling company, including as Venue Director for The Park Hyatt Melbourne.
Chris is originally from Canada, and his wife is from New Zealand, which many view as the younger siblings of American and Australia respectively!
