Our inaugural Space Leadership Dialogue (SLD) was held in Boulder, Colorado in April.
The theme for the 2025 SLD, “Boldly Exploring, Strategically Defending”, guided a four-day program that explored key space trends, including space domain awareness, shared defence interests, the global space innovation ecosystem, and the exploration, extraction and use of space resources.
The SLD brought together visionary space leaders, innovators, and defence and security strategists, with sessions and site visits hosted by Lockheed Martin Space, Colorado School of Mines, and the University of Colorado, Boulder, and highlighted the future of space collaboration and investment between the United States and Australia.
