Charly is the Managing Director of cdPlus Corporate Services Pty Ltd and a Partner of Coghlan Duffy Lawyers. Leveraging her extensive experience working with pre-IPO and listed Boards in both a company secretarial and legal capacity, Charly brings a strong skillset in corporate and commercial law and corporate governance to her clients over a wide range of industries. With a comprehensive understanding of the requirements of the Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules, Charly works closely with each Board to develop a holistic understanding of the Board’s business objectives, priorities and risk appetite which enables proactive and effective corporate governance and legal solutions. Charly has completed the Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance at the Governance Institute of Australia and is a Fellow Member of Governance Institute of Australia and ICSA.
