Ben Gray is a Founding Partner of BGH Capital, Australia’s largest domestically focused private equity fund. BGH owns Navitas, a leading global Education Company and CyberCX, Australia’s largest Cyber Security Services firm.

BGH also recently entered exclusive discussions to acquire Village Roadshow, the largest theme park operator in Australia and owner of Village Cinemas.

Previously, Ben was a Managing Partner at TPG Capital, where he served as the Joint Head of Asia, as the Head of Australia and New Zealand and as a member of the Global Management Committee. Ben spent almost thirteen years at TPG and led A$2.7 billion of equity investments by TPG including Petbarn, Healthscope, Inghams and Cushman & Wakefield.

Prior to joining TPG in 2004, Ben was a Director at Credit Suisse, where he worked in the investment banking division in New York and Australia from 1994. Ben received a Bachelor of Commerce with First Class Honours from the University of Melbourne and a Master of Business Administration with High Distinction (Baker Scholar) from Harvard Business School.

Ben is a Director of the Australian American Leadership Dialogue.
