Charly has been the Managing Director of cdPlus Corporate Services Pty Ltd and a founding Partner of Coghlan Duffy Laywers since its formation in 2014.
Her practice focuses predominantly on corporate, commercial and governance legal issues of ASX listed and unlisted public companies.
Charly has comprehensive experience with IPOs, secondary capital raisings, takeovers, ASX and ASIC compliance, customer and supplier contracts, finance arrangements, intellectual property and employment matters.
Charly has completed the Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance at the Governance Institute of Australia and is a Fellow Member of Governance Institute of Australia and ICSA.
